To whom is a retainer best suited?

Retainers can be structured to suit a wide range of organisations, but are ideally suited to smaller organisations that don't have in-house security expertise or indeed larger organisations that require an impartial expert opinion, interim security cover, or ongoing support for security managers and focal points. In either case, we'll get to know your organisation and form a trusted relationship upon which you can rely when you need it.

How do retainers work?

Based on an initial fixed fee, our retainers provide for a pre-agreed amount of consultancy time with a senior advisor that is guaranteed to the client over the period of the agreement. Time is simply drawn down against the allocation when required. Retainers can be adjusted to suit the needs of the organisation and we commit to providing an initial response to enquiries within an agreed timeframe, thus affording the client assurance that advice is readily available.
